The most recent creation, the limited edition “Year of the Rooster”, is issued as part of this exceptional line of writing instruments to celebrate the corresponding Chinese year in 2017.

Legend has it that on New Year’s Eve, the powerful Jade Emperor called all the animals to a mysterious gathering while promising them a special offering. Only 12 of them responded to the invitation. According to the order in which they arrived, the Emperor then attributed to each a year that would be dedicated to them and bear their name.
