Viennese Engraved Sterling Silver Pens by Ferrari da Varese

An elegant and slender pen, the Viennese line is unique thanks to its fantastic hand-made massive sterling silver engraving. The floral pattern, known as Viennese engraving by master-engravers, gave its name to the pen. The engraving is said to be typical from those found in Vienna, in all crafts, and dates back to the XVIIth Century (baroque era).

The engraving requires lots of time and the complete concentration of the engravers. The result is a pen that lives up to its name.It is also available in a gold plated version.
