To complement the elegant collection of pens, Underwood has designed a fountain pen, also manufactured in France exclusively for Underwood.
Manufactured from ebonite, the fountain pen is available in black and marbled in the colours blue, green, and burgundy, to match the ebonite range of pen.
Ebonite, a unique natural material derived from latex and processed in an age-old tradition, is one of the oldest materials known in the manufacture of fountain pens.
The pen is accented with solid brass metal fittings incorporating the signature "Clou de Paris" emboss and protected by a 3 micron palladium finish.
The clip is a hinged solid clip, on the side of which is engraved the country of origin and a unique code.
In keeping with the Underwopod philosophy of combining the modern with the traditional, the fountain pen uses a state of the art ink feeder system, crowned by a handcrafted 18 karat gold bi-color nib. The nib is available in three sizes: "F" fine, "M" medium and "B" broad.
Each pen is packaged in a luxurious leather case with a specially designed closure carrying the Underwood logo.
