All returns and merchandise exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee and the restrictions below. If you would like to exchange or return your purchase, we will gladly replace it with another selection or refund the credit card used for the transaction.

Unless otherwise specified, all merchandise sold by Pianki is new. By purchasing from Pianki, you agree that Pianki reserves the right to refuse to replace, to exchange, or to issue refunds, for merchandise that arrives damaged. The customer agrees to file all damage claims with the delivery service that delivered your purchase. As a service, Pianki may inspect your purchase for flaws prior to shipping.
You have up to 15 days after the order date to request a return. Send the return request by email to email@example.com. The returned items must reach us no later than the 30th day after the order date. After we receive the returned items, we will refund your order amount less shipping and handling charges. If we provided free shipping or reduced the shipping cost, we will deduct the full shipping and handling cost from the refund.
Items received after 30 days will not qualify for credit, refund, or exchange. We will ship late returns back to the recipient or customer. Additional shipping charges will apply.
If a package appears seriously damaged when it arrives, refuse the shipment. If an item is found damaged after opening the package, you must contact us by email, within 48 hours of delivery. Inform us of the damage so that we can determine the best way to proceed.
Perishables Policy: We strongly recommend selecting a Next Day or Overnight shipping option for best temperature control. We also recommend that someone be available to sign for packages at the time of delivery. If there is no one to sign for the delivery, the package delivery services may leave merchandise at the specified shipping address. Pianki will not offer compensation for merchandise stolen or damaged after delivery. At the discretion of the delivery service, insurance coverage may not apply.
Some packages require a signature in order to receive them. If no one is present at the delivery time, the shipping company standard practice is to make more delivery attempts before they return the package to us. Pianki is NOT responsible for damage to merchandise after delivery or after a delivery attempt occurs. Pianki will not offer compensation in these situations.
Due to issues with our suppliers, on occasion, we may also prevent returns on selected products. We will note any such restrictions on the product detail page, before shipping, or in this return policy.
For merchandise qualified for return, repack the product in its original packaging with a copy of the instructions we send for the return and follow these steps:
Contact us by email with the reason for the return. We will send an email with a Merchandise Return Authorization (MRA) number and instructions for the return. We may also provide authorization using another electronic means such as our web site. Write the MRA number on a copy of the invoice or on a copy of the email and include it with your return.
We will not issue a refund, credit, or exchange, for any returned items not accompanied by the authorized MRA number. For your security, please return your purchase with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, and DHL) and retain your receipt. Pianki is not offer compensation for returns damaged or lost in transit.
To qualify for a refund or exchange, all returned items must be in their original condition, including the original packaging and containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Do not mark or deface original manufacturer packaging in any manner. We will not accept, refund, exchange or issue credit for returns if packaging and the product is not in its original condition as determined by Pianki. The customer agrees Pianki is the sole judge of the condition of returned merchandise and its qualification for refund, exchange, or credit for any reason we determine. The customer agrees our issuance or their receipt of a return authorization is not a guarantee that Pianki will issue a refund, credit or exchange the merchandise.
For items we determine not qualified, we will offer to return these items to the customer. We will charge a shipping and handling fee. If the customer rejects the offer to return, refuses to pay the return shipping costs specified by us, does not take delivery, or refuses to accept the returned items after we ship them, Pianki reserves the right to liquidate the items and withhold credit or refund.
The customer agrees to pay all charges we specify so that we can return not qualified merchandise. The customer will not hold Pianki responsible or financially liable for merchandise we determine not qualified for credit even if it is damaged, lost, or stolen before or after we ship it back to the customer or to an alternative location specified by the customer.
We will issue refunds by the same form of payment as the original purchase. We will refund the purchase price of the item less the original shipping and handling costs. For merchandise shipped free of charge, or with reduced shipping charges, we will determine and deduct a shipping and handling fee.
Our return policy applies to all merchandise we sell including items not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty because Pianki is not an "authorized" dealer for the merchandise.
Warranty & Merchandise Repairs
The customer agrees to contact the manufacturer to arrange merchandise repairs and to resolve merchandise failures or guarantee issues. The customer accepts Pianki is not responsible for repairing any merchandise we sell even if the merchandise requires repair before the manufacturer's warranty expires or because the warranty is void. The customer will not hold Pianki responsible or liable for any brand or manufacturer's failure to honor or resolve any claim.
Errors and Omissions
Pianki is not responsible for any typographical errors or inaccuracies contained in this web site. The information, prices and discounts presented on this site are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order placed.
At our sole discretion, we may choose to temporarily waive all, or part, of this return policy, in order to enhance the customer service experience, prevent fraud, or to prevent abuse of this return policy. Pianki reserves the right to refuse any order.
