Pianki welcomes international customers.  We ship worldwide to more than 220 countries.  You can calculate shipping and handling costs by adding your item to the shopping cart, filling out the delivery information, and using the shipping calculator.
 
Contact  customerservice@pianki.com if the shipping calculator does not provide you with a shipping option or if you have special shipping needs.  There are many options and we will attempt to find a shipping method to accomodate your needs.
 

All orders are subject to processing time.  Most orders process and ship within 24 to 72 hours.  We attempt to process and ship items placed with next day shipping on the same day if we receive the order by 12:00 PM, Pacific Time.  During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.  Please contact us if you need to get an estimated delivery time if you need special arrangements.  We try our best to accommodate your needs.

 

Custom orders, special order items, and large orders, are subject to extended processing and shipping times.  Contact us to get delivery estimates.
 
The shipping times are estimated times and do not include delays caused by customs. In some instances, we may need to adjust the shipping.  This can happen if the order is custom, complex, heavy, expensive, or if an order contains a large number of items.

Depending on the delivery location we may be able to provide rush shipping that reaches you within hours.  This service is available to more than 220 countries.

We comply with all laws and customs requirements for shipping.  Any customs duties, fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient of the order.

Pianki does not guarantee the services of any delivery agent or the accuracy of the transit times.  All of our shipping times are our best estimates. Some locations may require more time for your order to arrive, usually an extra day.  In most cases the estimated times are accurate.  When estimating the arrival time for your purchase, be sure to consider processing time and be sure to count business days while excluding weekends or holidays. 

Pianki does not guarantee to use the services of any specific delivery agent chosen by a customer.  We reserve the right to use any shipping service that offers similar delivery time specifications.  For example, at our discretion, we may substitute FedEx in place of UPS.

If there is a problem with a delivery, including, but not limited to, damage, loss, or late delivery or additional delivery fees, the customer, agrees to hold shipping service liable and to contact the shipping service to resolve the issue. The customer agrees not to hold Pianki liable for any shipping issues.  Most package carriers have a short time frame in which to initiate claims. We recommend that you inspect your package for damage immediately upon arrival.  If there is a problem, contact the delivery service immediately to resolve any problems.

 

If a package appears seriously damaged when it arrives, refuse the shipment.  If an item is found damaged after opening the package, you must contact us by email, within 48 hours of delivery, at customerservice@pianki.com.  Inform us of the damage so that we can arrange to ship a replacement.

All merchandise is shipped F.O.B. from any place we designate the merchandise to leave.  At our discretion, at any time, we may choose to halt, or alter, the delivery of an order, before or after it is hands of a delivery agent or shipping company. We may do this as a customer service or in cases where we suspect fraud.  The customer agrees to pay any additional charges that may arise due to circumstances in which we take this action. Pianki does not guarantee the accuracy of delivery costs. After an order has shipped, the customer agrees to pay, or will arrange for the recipient to pay, any additional charges required to complete delivery.

Once you submit an order to us, online or through any other method, it may not be possible to make any changes to it. However, you may email us, customerservice@pianki.com, if you wish to change information given to us for a specific order. We do not guarantee that we can or will make any changes.  We will attempt to make changes if we receive the email, and if we review it in time. Once an order enters our processing and fulfillment operation, we will not be able to make any changes to an order regardless of the time it may take for the order to be processed and prepared for shipment. Please carefully check the ordering information before you submit it.

If you place an order for merchandise that is custom order, special order, requires personalization, or on backorder, the delivery time is an estimate that may be inaccurate. Pianki will not be liable, or offer any compensation, if our estimated delivery time is inaccurate.

 

Errors and Omissions

We are not responsible for any typographical errors or inaccuracies contained in this web site. The information, prices and discounts presented on this site are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order placed.

 

At our sole discretion, we may choose to temporarily waive all, or part, of this shipping policy, in order to enhance the customer service experience or to prevent fraud.  Pianki reserves the right to refuse any order.
