Clessidra Polished Sterling Silver and Gold Plated Pens by Ferrari da Varese

This shape will undoubtly remind us about the antique "klepsidra" or sandglass (=hourglass), one of the first instrument developped for measuring time. Like an hourglass, the pen can stand vertically on a desk.

The shape from Ferrari da Varese Clessidra is the result of a difficult and modern industrial process through which the writing instrument corpse is formed. The polished sterling silver conveys a modern look to the pen. This uniquely beautiful pen is available in a gold plated silver version.
